Yes. A basic file preflight is included, and we can review resolution and crop details before production. The check stays within the agreed scope and does not cover spelling, legal wording, or factual accuracy.
Test prints are recommended for photo and art work, especially when paper choice matters. They are billed separately, and final production is based on the approved test result.
Production usually takes 3 to 6 business days after files, materials, and quantity are confirmed. Timing can vary with stock and studio capacity.
You can send files by upload or email, or book a consultation appointment. Studio appointments and collection are available in Swayfra.
We accept payment card and bank transfer. The available method can be confirmed when we review your order.
